Who we are

We follow the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
What we collect

- Consistent Income Audit answers if you take the audit: your answers, score, stage, name and email, and your social media handle if you choose to give it.
- Contact details if you email us or join our email list.
- Purchase details if you join Portfolio X. Payments are handled by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card number.
- Usage data through analytics cookies, only if you accept them.

We never sell your data. We only share it with the services that run this business, each of which processes it on our behalf:
- Typeform: the application form.

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where data is transferred abroad, they use recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Applications from people who don't join are kept for up to 12 months, then deleted. Client and purchase records are kept for as long as you're a client and then as long as UK tax law requires (usually six years). Email list details are kept until you unsubscribe.
