We use Kit (ConvertKit) to manage our email list. Kit is GDPR-compliant and processes data in accordance with their own privacy policy.

7. Payments

All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details. Stripe processes your payment data as a data processor on our behalf. Please refer to Stripe's Privacy Policy for details of how they handle your payment information.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your data with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate our business, including:

Kit (ConvertKit) — email marketing platform
Stripe — payment processing
Netlify — website hosting
Airtable — data storage and member management
Calendly — booking management

All third-party providers are contractually obligated to process your data only as instructed by us and in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

9. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and comply with our legal obligations. Email subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe. Member data is retained for the duration of your membership and up to 2 years thereafter unless you request deletion.
